Some people with milk issues can drink raw milk without issues at all, especially if it's from Jersey or Guernsey cows. They have an enzyme with the milk they produce that other cows don't (somethingA as opposed to somethingB) that makes it easier to digest.

But, real talk, I once was deeply mortified because they basically tried to intervention me at work because my ash hole coworker kept spying on me going to the bathroom repeatedly (where i was hurling and taking my meds in private) and I got accused of being bulimic and a pill popper. My boss felt super bad, because he knew, but I had wanted to keep that shit to myself.

Goats milk is good too! Less lactose.

But, I use 2% for cooking, sometimes half and half if it calls for it. I mean, adults don't need milk anyway. I ain't no baby cow Grinch! I don't feel like I'm missing out really. I couldn't have normal milk as a kid so whole milk tastes like weird, disturbing water to me.

 

I think posting percentage of daily goal is a better option.
