I to had lunch and my future son-in law and I are getting hair cuts today which per our tradition means dinner out. ...seriously how many 21 year old guys would have a standing "date" every 6 weeks to take their girlfriend's mom to get her hair cut and then to dinner.

 

my body started hating dairy suddenly in my mid-20s, in the form of horrible acne and paralyzing 3+ day long migraines. i went as dairy-free as possible for a few years then eased back into it and now i can almost have as much of it as i want. i can feel when a migraine is creeping up if i go all dairy for every meal for a few days, so i lay off of it again for about a day, snuggle an ice pack, inhale some antihistamines and pain killers, and i'm as good as new to worship all the cheesus again.

there's this theory (i'm not sure if it's proven or not) that your body goes through major changes every... something like 6-8? years (think puberty, menopause, etc) and that's when things like allergies, intolerances, tastes, and anything hormonal can turn on a dime.
