Okay, so what if there's a scenario where it ONLY said "Diluted earnings per share increased 12.3 percent to $1.55 from $1.38 in the prior year period." Would you not put anything because it is not clear if the number is non-GAAP? Or would you still put 1.55 and note that it's unclear? Those are the types that throw me off.

Lol, yeah I told him to send out something that explained it to people. Unless you know the terminology beforehand the HITs don't make sense on what he's looking for. Huge difference in workers who understand what GAAP/non-GAAP is and workers who are just trying to memorize random terminology rule sets. The link he picked is decent, probably the simplest explanation of the difference he could have found lol.

Almost positive the girl just said earlier she doesn't really use scripts to complete work. But FWIW look for Kada's sentient script on greasyfork if its still there, IIRC it had an example of what you're trying to do.

 

It's been a while since I've looked at any form of financial reporting, and I've never seen GAAP/non-GAAP, so I'm in the uneducated group that needs to double check but, still, having to slow down on 1-2 hits out of 20 isn't going to kill me.
