I was out of town so I'm sure I missed a few things, which sucks because I love movies. But I thought I'd still be able to do something since I did a fill some Oscar qual out but if not for this, than which one? I wish they'd be a bit clearer about that because it gets confusing when they do multiple things around an event like this.

Also strangely I've been told I can get away with saying "Thank you darlin'" IRL because I say it with a sweet tone that seems innocent / endearing by a girl I've also seen FREAK OUT at a bar patron using the exact same phrase in I guess a more demeaning manner.. but I'm always conscious to try & avoid it if possible since that day

 

I was a broadcast journalism major. Which is kind of hilarious because I'm painfully shy. I finished all of my classes and promptly because I knew I didn't want to do that at all.

One of Matt's coworkers called me honey the first time we met. I asked him not to, cause I find it weird and demeaning from rando dudes. He promptly called me a Grinch for not wanting to be called a pet name by him. Yeah, he's not allowed in my house now. Matt literally had his head in his hands cause he knew that guy was immediately dead to me, asked him to maybe apologize cause I would chill- guy refused and said some more choice things about women I won't repeat here.

This year a LOT of the picks for Movie of the year are already available to rent online (If you are interested). I went to imdb.com and looked them up and they have where you can rent them on amazon so I have been working my way through when I have time
