Still is in a lot of places, slowly going to 21 though

 

I was skating downhill and see a car coming towards the stop sign in a residential neighborhood. I have more than enough time to make it down and cross the road before he even gets to a full stop but OH WAIT! The guy wasn't looking out the front of his car and ran the stop sign while still looking out his side window.

I had some choice words for him.

 

a lot of place will let a 21 year old rent, the deposit is typically higher though

 

I think a lot of places charge you extra for being a babby.

 

I have a lot of opinions on rap music, but I do not have enough opinions to listen to 9 1 minute+ song clips, so I'm returning this.

 

If you are under 25 you just need a co-signer. Basically I can walk into a place and rent it under my parent's name.

For what it is worth zipcar rents out to 18+ year olds if you are a college student or 21+ if you aren't.
