At least 4 miles/4 hours of activity a week (the hours thing is just so when I do more indoors stuff, I don't need to also go run or some shit) and not slacking off on my stupid veggie juice servings (as I tend to do).

Between dog walking and mountain biking, I hit 3.8 miles today alone, and I've been increasingly ambitious about dance class/weight training, so I think the motivation for gifties and pretty, pretty stickers has basically done the charm. I've had to order mass quantities of v8 from amazon pantry to keep up since the new year, and it's almost like I'm not malnourished! I'm pretty sure I'm using some form of skinner box manipulation on myself, and I'm ok with that.

 

Idea: I could pull you around like a horse. (Me, I'm the horse here)

I think we could make it around the block, at least!

v8 is actually pretty good for something made with veggies. It's not even loaded with sugar like I initially suspected due to the taste. Then again, it also depends on which flavor you're getting.

 

It's pretty high in sodium. THat's really it's only drawback. Gotta follow it up with a glass water.

 

uggg choices, thinking about getting a service dog. there are two different programs the traditional one and and owner trained one. the owner trained program is about $3,000 cheaper and you get to raise the dog from a puppy but there is no guarantee the puppy you select will make it through the program in which case you are out the money have a cute dog but still need a service dog

How experienced are you raising dogs? That extra $3k might go further with an experienced dog trainer.
