    I also like to stick things in myfitnesspal as well to compare and both are pretty on the spot with calories and other nutritional info.

    @EssArrBee I think it just depends on the type. the fusion ones typically had higher sugar than the non-fusion types for whatever reason when I google fu-ed.

    Since I can't really digest whole fruits/veg from the fiber ( I do ok with a few thingas but they have to be cooked super soft), it's a moot point for me anyway, cause I'm way more limited in how I can even get vegetables in my body without dying lol.

    That's still about 2/3rd the sugar in a Coke. But, if you can't eat normal food, then you don't really have a choice.

    Please tell me the side of the label doesn't say sweet potato.
