    Are you double checking that when you click a radio button in question 2 your answer for question 1 is still there? 'Cause you can submit these blank.. and they're broken for everyone but you apparently.....

    I have no idea how these are working for someone, because all 3 questions the inputs are the same name/value, which is why for /most/ people they are resetting as you click others. It should be like name=suggestion1, name=suggestion2, and name=suggestion3 for them to work properly.

    God speed to you Squiggly fella, your answers are gonna look super weird when Sergey looks at this lol.

    You can kinda fix it w/ JS by changing the form names, but again when you submit it'll look bad.
