    They're lawyers and on the HOA board. Going to give them some money, not the whole amount they're asking for and explain about job loss. If they get all lawyerly and make demands, they can sue us and we'll see how that works.

    More concerned about paying mortgage than them right now.

    @MyLegIsFine Can I ask why it's important to have such strong consensus on March Madness picks? You've mentioned doing research many times now. For the Oscars, it makes more sense, there are several award shows, including from the same guilds that vote in the Oscars and maybe you're making sure there are real movie fans or something. But for Sports, if we go with "research", then the Super Bowl pick would've been wrong. In a one and done tournament, it's not all what the experts think. Not to mention experts are rarely watching all the mid-majors games to see how well they are really playing. When a 15, a 13, two 12s, two 11s, and a 10 all win their games, then what? Upsets happen in the tournament all the time, which is why plenty who know nothing about college basketball win their office pools. Don't understand why those who do the most research, which I assume means those whose picks closely mirror those of experts, are getting favored when that's really not nearly as good as a barometer in March Madness.
