    She couldn't do that. She had an OEM version and never linked it to her Microsoft account which isn't transferable anyways. When you upgrade 7 to 10 it becomes a digital license but is still OEM if that's what it was originally. I looked into this for her and spoke with her at length in PM giving options to try to get around it.

    Actually IT guys do house calls at a lot of places.. but it most likely is expensive.

    You are doing better then a lot of people in your situation most likely though considering that you can still support yourself. :ay:
