I think I remember @ChrisTurk saying that if they delete the hit, there is no way to reverse it. They said they "cancelled" the batch, so I'm not sure if that means the same thing. We could be SOL

i don't know. i sent them the link on how to reverse rejections but their email made it sound like they have no idea what they are doing and asked amazon, so they may be waiting for a response from them

These are pretty easy and fairish $ ...been getting a couple different ones a day for about a week now

 

Cancelling the batch isn't the same as disposing (deleting) the HIT.

IIRC from the discussion yesterday it sounded like they cancelled the HITs w/o realizing the ones in people's queue could still be completed.. so they rejected them thinking it was platform error (which.. it kinda is lol).. someone else the other day had a Req who legit disposed of the HITs, which honestly isn't even easy to do anymore so impressive

Also, I THINK its possible mTurk support can overturn a disposed HIT.. My brain semi-remembers reading a line saying to contact support in thatk ind of scenario but not wanting to do it when I accidentally rejected myself & disposed the HIT before I knew better..
