I am soooooo freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally got questioned in the voir dire process, and they booted me! So now that I can talk about it... I'm SO GLAD I wasn't chosen, because while I really kinda wanted to and knew I'd make a kick ass juror, it was for a murder case, and the defendant was 22 and I just kept looking at him and almost crying. The mommy in me just wanted to alternately hug and shake him and ask him WTF was wrong with him. I caught eyes with his mom (or maybe grandma) in the court several times today, and kept finding myself smiling at her like to reassure her.

So, they could have noticed that. Or it could be my husband's career. Or my daughter's. Or my ADD making me fidget a bit and get too loud (all 6 of us in our group - the second to last group that could be called - were so totally punch drunk by the time we got up there that we were all laughing and joking way too much, and I'm always over the top.)

Also, @Confirmed Robot , are you sure you weren't on jury duty today? There was a guy in our group that I nearly asked if he was you, he just kept reminding me of you. LOL
