We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion that our HIT has caused. Our system was overwhelmed with the number of people doing the HIT, which caused various problems, and it was difficult to stop the HIT once it was started. We are working to resolve the issues as fast as we can. We will work with AMT to find a way to apply the compensation for your efforts. We have information from many who participated which we can use to determine the proper compensation. For some, however, we have no such information. We will do our best to determine a fair compensation for everyone.

I'm really wishing that there were s9+ cases in stores right now. I bought one last night since I had an upgrade and needed a new phone but even the ATT store that I bought it at didn't have any(they did try to sell me an s8+ case but I knew it wasn't compatible). So now I need to keep it from breaking until my case from Amazon comes in tomorrow.

 

Best Buy website is showing me that there are a whole bunch of s9+ cases available in store, have you checked there?

 

Saw a good selection at best buy the other but way overpriced from what you can find online

Sadly none are really close enough, I am pretty broke until I get paid though so the money I saved through Amazon will be worth it. I'm just super nervous since it's all glass

I always preorder the cases, they always are available on amazon a week or two in advance of the phone coming out so I'm not in that positions.
This is the fist time in 5 years that I didn't pre order the galaxy as I normally get 2 and I pay for both, every company starts selling them 2 for 1 a month after they come out so I'm just waiting this year.

 

That's a good idea. My only problem with that was that I didn't know I could for sure get it until I was in the store. I am still on my families family plan and had to convince them to let me finance it(even though I'm still paying for the whole thing myself). I'll definitely do that next time though!
