    -pretty straight forward - 21 minutes of listening followed by 36 questions.
    -computerized voice says something that sounds like "poo" many times so it's entertaining
    -21 minutes is passive listening, so great time to catch up on your cross stitching/low-quality content messaging/etc
    Cons:
    Painfully repetitive, like I think my brain is melted. I'd rather do Brian Z's for 27 minutes straight.
