I think PB is more user-friendly and better looking than the alternatives, honestly. I have looked. At the same time, PB has pretty much been abandoned by the developers and could go offline at any time, so it's probably best to transition to another service at some point anyway. I'm really surprised everything is still running.

FYI, those of you with less than 10k HITs approved- Search for A9 on mTurk right now and do as many as you can today. This board has mostly experienced turkers whose numbers are already high so we don't mention it much, but you need to pad your numbers so a rejection doesn't ruin your day. It's something to work on regularly til you can take on a number of rejections and work on scared money batches, but when A9 posts, you need to do them if you need numbers. Same with CIs and Set Masters when you clear their qual numbers.

 

Still better dev support than google hangouts.

What alternatives have you liked? PB has very nice integration on a few platforms that matter to me so I just never really looked myself & just took it as "good enough"
