I can never find a gf that like the things that I do + can cook. It's either one or the other

 

I have 7 TEJ left, but found something better that I'm doing >.>

 

You could always teach someone how to cook.

 

You can tell them that the processing of the file is nearly instant, the only reason this wouldn't take is if they messed up the inputs in the file or they don't have funds in their account or some other technical issue (a corrupted file formatting is also fairly common). This should not take days or even hours to process. The longest delay I've ever experienced using the Requester dashboard was about 30 minutes.

Granted, I am not the most experienced Requester ever, but I've helped at least a dozen Requesters overturn rejections and there has never once been an instance where it took longer than an hour without some other problem being the actual cause.

 

FWIW, and just to be super clear, I'm not saying it can't happen, but I am saying that after 2 days its time to get off your ass and look into why its happening. There is a 30 day window limit on overturning rejections, so

Most grown ass people who don't cook, don't want to learn how to cook.

 

It's basically just an excuse for me not to roll them into enchiladas and use whatever leftover shredded chicken/ham/roast etc I have left. I slam it all in a casserole dish, add some homemade queso type concoction to ditch out whatever cheese I have sitting in my drawer, and then serve with warm tortillas and tortilla chips. This week I used up the last of my Habichuelas, added in a can of chili beans cause why not, threw in the leftovers from the ham roast, made a quick queso with the asadero I had left, added in some red sauce I had in the freezer, and baked till bubbly. I then used the last of the tortillas and some chippers from the cabinet + served with a corn/pico salad for Matty boy.

Really, it's an easy way to ditch odds and ends for me without having to exert too much effort and I make red sauce by the liter and just freeze the excess.

 

But cooking is fun... Give me the stuff I need to cook something and an hour or so to look up videos and I can prob make pretty much anything.

 

You're making me hungry.

 

If you're grown and don't know how to cook you've probably gone and done something horribly wrong with your life.

Matt hates cooking, and that's fine! I like having the kitchen to myself and I don't really wanna change him or something. It works. For me, cooking is like dead last on the list of things I give a shiz about from an SO in the long run. I figure nobody is the perfect person and Matt does plenty of things that I hate doing for me. He could cook if he wanted, but he doesn't care to learn, and that's ok.

 

I had to google Habichuelas, - Sounds awesome. I make red beans and rice with Andouille but it is impossible to find andouille around here

 

It's a common affliction in this country. And I'm not talking about microwaving or heating shit up, but actually cooking. There's a reason overpriced services like Blue Apron, Plated, Hello Fresh are a thing and growing

 

Wanna come live with me in a weird plural marriage ruled by the women? We can enslave Matt and I'll feed you

 

I sort of enjoy cooking. But when you are cooking everyday for 9 people and have to clean up and do dishes it takes all the fun out of it.

 

Why are none of the other 8 people cleaning up and doing the dishes? You're supposed to share the task equally with family.

 

Okay, send me your address and I'll come for a visit, whip your family into shape. When I'm done with them, you'll still be cooking, but you will not be doing the clean up. That's insane. Division of labor is necessary here. If you're doing the cooking, they do the cleaning. PERIOD.
