How are we supposed to rate the skills of a surgeon anyway if we aren't surgeons? Do they have like detailed instructions? Still scared to look again

They know we're not surgeons, but they use the power of the crowd to get a general idea of how they rank in different categories. Even though you're not a surgeon, you may still be able to tell that the surgeon isn't efficiently using both hands, or he's ripping too much tissue and what not

They compared scores from us and real medical professionals and the difference in scores is negligible. Pretty much anyone can do a 1-5 score.

 

I see. I caught one and decided to try it. They also ask for general feedback AND anatomically-specific feedback, but there's no asterik next to those questions. Are they required? I'm not sure what kind of feedback I could give other than "Looks kinda gross and squishy, he moved fast?"

 

The consensus is - Not required unless specifically saying it's required.
