Story time;

It was 2009 when I put my first step at USA, O'Hare airport. I was not hungry at all after the meals at the plane so I waited my next flight to Iowa. At Iowa City, my friend picked me up at the airport and asked me whether I want to have a meal first before going to the hotel. After saying no, I slept many hours at my room and later decided to take a walk at downtown. Although I got pretty much hungry during the walk while seeing many restaurants I somehow could not enter to any of them (first day at USA as an immigrant, English, scared, bla bla) and I decided to eat at my hotel room.

But then CVS. While looking for a toothbrush, I saw it. The beautiful OREO.

Yep, that is the first thing I ate at USA, OREO , bought from CVS.

 

mine was only terrible (34.00) because I was training 4 hours and then 2 HOURS of homework with that job I was going to try to do. After the training video reset for a THIRD time, I said no thank ya (plus they had a lot of rules that I guess I didn't like).

lucky lol and...is your facebook app accessing the internet when you're on the proxy? I turn off my mobile data when I'm running the proxy to make sure it's actually using it because I"ve had it randomly die before, and while chrome will use the proxy to get to the internet, the facebook app just gives me the sad can't connect cloud face.

 

I was trying to remember my first oreo after reading this and am sad I can't I sort of have a great memory of my first Oreo dunked in a glass of cold milk though

 

Lol, it happened more or less the same to me! My OREO were the mint ones, year 2013, SOMA, San Francisco ^_^ Did you go for the chocolate ones?

 

My sister is weird AF and dunks them in water.

 

The phone I'm using doesn't even have mobile data.

To get facebook working I had to install facebook and put some links on my wall to work with / follow some links. Once I did that I was able to switch to the proxy and everything worked.

 

I need some grape juice and sugar...

 

I'm calling the governor ...this is California no more than 3 showers a year due to never ending drought

Lol we both know that it is southern California that has an issue with water and not us.

Well that may have been because we had less water to send them for awhile... but still.... water isn't really an issue up here.
