Nice! I think I need a clean and restart I'm not catching shit today.

 

I deleted Facebook before the Cambridge thing. Social media sucks balls, it's all just one big advertising scheme. I prefer the good ol days of mIRC, AIM, and the anonymous wild west of the internet that wasn't all ads or data leaching.

 

Some people don't, but the people who are pissed are the people who didn't use Mturk or give access to their app. They were only friends with people who did, and even friends of friends.
Example for Mturk - If I say no I'm not doing that sketchy job, but we are friends and you decided to do the sketchy job, you gave my info to that company.
Example for texts - If I installed the app, but nobody else in my entire contact list did, I gave them access to their information as well, which they didn't actually agree to. They may not even have Facebook at all, but their call/text data was given to a private company.

 

The obvious solution?

Become a hermit. Open your own social media website so you can still interact with humans (...well, kinda) or at least a handful of highly intelligent cats.
