Unlike the other poster, MadLabs always shows up for me in OW. But, you have to go by time of day with catching them as well. Extremely easy to catch overnight, to the point of no need to rush, you will likely have over an hour to catch one. After say 6 am, it's still easy, but won't stick around too long. After 8 am, you need to be much more on your game with having a panda running for it. They have a 5-hour timer, so as long as you think you'll be up early enough to complete it, then you can turn it on before you go to sleep. But it also might be better to try to catch a return in your case since you're on the West Coast.

You do have the correct RID, by the way.

 

Thanks, I am on the west coast. So If I tried over night I'd likely catch it and expire before I wake up lol
