    I'm not sure. I had the Panda running just in case, and that's what happened.

    Yeah, it means you lack the qualifications for the hit, which could mean a block (through quals).

    I got a purple C-SATS the other day and I freaked out until I managed to grab one 3 hours later, It might be an issue with PC.

    I think that's what it is. I had another hit turn purple earlier that I knew I wasn't blocked from, and I just restarted the panda in a few minutes and caught a bunch.

    I think it's related to other qual blocks, I had another panda go purple and was still purple when the C-SATS went off.
