    There's a number they give you to call for login issues that is provided on the screen when the login problems happen. It is low level tech customer service that typically solves minor problems like hey, I reset your account, you should have an email from me now. When they couldn't figure out how to resolve the problem and didn't even know what to make of it, they sent it to the real Tech department. No idea if there's a way to get to them as a first resort, but I doubt it.
