I was noticing that, too. I'm happy, I've never had a more productive turk day at my real job before today. Very pleased with these alerts. I wished I could control them a bit more... anyone know if there's a Chrome extension that modifies notifications, like where they appear, and for how long?

 

Actually, ugh, Chrome itself has been really unrobust with audio recently. No idea why. Probably a desire to tighten up the security holes in Flash if they exist? I know the dev team and the community at large had a big brouhaha about Unity for this exact reason.

For the most part I have control over those particular settings, though your OS itself has ultimate power and can/does override my settings if they're in conflict with each other.
