I have discovered a serious love for pork belly. We ate at California Grill the last time we were at Disney World and they serve this dish that is ridiculously good that includes a big cube of crispy pork belly over made from scratch chunky applesauce. So damned good. The other half of the dish is pork tenderloin medallions served over goat cheese polenta. I am not a fan of goat cheese or polenta but I could have eaten an entire bowl of that. It's an amazing restaurant.

I make a mean polenta! Took me some time to re-create Great Grandma Bunny's recipe but oh so good.

How can you not love goat cheese?! I made braised beef last night in a homemade tomato sauce with white wine and goat geese and it was so damn good! Om nom nom nom. I love pretty much all cheese. Cheese is bae.....am I using that slang correctly guys?

I don't know it's just a bit too .... tangy? for me. But melted into that polenta it was perfect. I love cheese as well, but I can't do the over smelly, overly runny, or moldy cheeses. Gruyère is one of my favorites.
