People do overuse it a lot, it pairs well with some ricotta and crispy ham and herbs cause the ricotta makes it less overpowering or in a creamy tomato sauce or something. Matt swore to me he hated goat cheese so I just snuck it into a sauce recipe and he was licking the bowl clean, have since changed his opinion!
