My HP Business machine doesnt have any issues and I fixed the 70016 Runtime Broker error on it. The Runtime Broker runs all the extra windows app from the app store and is of no consequence. If you look in you event viewer you are sure to have the event id 70116 under system. later on that day it crashed and said it was a memory allocation issue. I looked this up and they (Microsoft) said it was a know issue and gave a list of steps to fix. The first step was to run chkdsk /f /r - I set it up to run on reboot and rebooted like I have run on thousands of machines. It got hung at 10%. I looked it up and Microsoft said it was another known issues if chkdsk getsstuck at 10 , 20 46, 70%, and to just power off and run from safe mode. I powered off and after that it wouldnt reboot. It never got past the first stage. It would go to system utilities. I have been working on windows machines since before you were born and I did it for a living in escalated role so I think I know my way around them much less I'm able to follow Microsofts instructions step by step so don't blame me because Asus loaded this laptop with way too much crap software and it has a faulty EFI partition

 

No, no. You don't understand. See, his system works under his setup and all other setups are just like his, so there is no way the issues could ever possibly be anything but user error. How do you not get this?
