TO colors don't mean anything except being there to look pretty

People have and do game that system on good tasks to drive people away that only pay attention to the color without looking at the HIT itself. Another reason why really good batches can be red is because if you're doing the entire thing manually the pay might be shit. But if you have scripting knowledge and can whip something up, even something extremely simple, that $/hr suddenly doubles, triples or more.

I believe everything is worth at least a look. You can find some real gems that have the red color or no color. Scripting knowledge is heavily suggested to really boost that along though. Otherwise you're stuck doing it manually or you're at the mercy of waiting for a script to be publicly posted if there isn't one already that would work.

Also always be on the lookout for new batches you haven't seen before (like something you've done before could be under a new name and no TO color). When a batch is completed assume it'll never return. You'll be happier that way lol
