Good news guys! I think I've finally fixed it. The first thing I did this morning was turn on MTS Hit Catcher. Within minutes of that, my queue went down. I stopped Hit Catcher and decided to move over my watchers to Panda Crazy and try using that. It's been 10 minutes and I've completed a couple of hits already and my queue has been fine. There's definitely something wrong with MTS Hit Catcher. I probably won't be using it anymore, since I am already liking Panda Crazy a lot more.
