    the point is though, riding a bus, you can get up, change your seat, move to another part, or get off and get on the next bus. you can't do that with a car.

    As someone who HATES driving, I would love to have a more expansive public transit system where I live. In fact, we almost had a full-scale subway loop in Cincinnati. Now it's just a boarded up, walled off, near-complete set of derelict tunnels running under downtown that barely anyone knows about.
