Dammit, last time I said a survey didn't have a code I was wrong - so I hedged my bets this round & still lost

 

Certain words and insinuations trigger an immediate escalation to EO for most banks. So, if you don't want or need to talk with the EO then don't use words like sue, lawsuit, contact media, arbitration, insinuating they are breaking any kind of law or similar even if you aren't directly saying you intend to do it.
