I didn't care in the least. I'm more than capable of handling the discussion I was having with them. But their incompetence at handling the matter is staggering given it's ultimately rather simple. This is something that could cause a class action suit. Because they did break contract law. Period. I don't know what happened to this bank, but it's a mess and it used to be the best.
