got this back from noblis when I emailed them about that qualification.

We gave this qualification to a select few people who have done a lot of our HITs in the past with good reliability. It was a very small batch and was completed in under 10 minutes. We will be releasing more non-qualification HITs in the future, so I encourage you to participate in them.
