04/24 - Tyrunt Tuesday!

I know that feel with clothes! I'm 4'9", so I just force Matt to hem all my dresses and straps...add padding, fix zippers, take things in... also fix my favorite ones when I mess them up. Also sometimes just change them entirely.

He's a little pricey in terms of what I meant to spend on a sewing machine, but it's been worth it.

How vintage do you want? I've got a Singer that's ~25 years old down in the basement somewhere (unless I gave it to Goodwill and forgot). I'll leave it out by the garage door & you can come pick it up.

Used to have an old Singer treadle table, too, but got rid of it in my last move

I think I got qual-blocked from Hannah Raskin. I thought I was doing them correctly. I've done hundreds of them.

 

I emailed back and forth with them a couple months back so I know they're communicative. It can't hurt to shoot them an email and see what the deal is
