I should really hook my gotcha up to his collar lol, too bad I don't have a big yard for him to run around or I would be hatching eggs for days through him. So far I've limited him to one lucky egg/stardust worth of walking since I don't want to push him too far

I really need to move somewhere with a fenced in yard when I graduate next year. He gets the zoomies around the townhouse and it's crazy, you really have to get out of his way or you'll get plowed over. He grabs a toy and takes it for a ride.

Surprisingly this game has really whipped me back into shape recently, some days I've spent 1-2 hours or more walking straight and only stopping because I have responsibilities or my phone was dying. It's been a great way to kill the 2 hour gap between classes Tuesdays/Thursdays.

 

Probably friday though. We only have a small movie place here and they have 1 showing thursday night...and Matt probably won't want to go, so I'll probably go during the day on Friday or try to catch a matinee.

We only have cats, but my daughter was at a friend's house and they took one of their dachsunds out for a looong walk around the neighborhood. Then they took it out for another long walk. The dog threw up halfway through that one, apparently.

So, not quite as long as two athletic 14 year old girls would take an overweight dachsund, except yours is bound to have more stamina so maybe that is a good benchmark.

 

Isn't there some reward for logging in steps or something. Maybe you can do that too while playing Pokemon.
