    Nope, the first prequel came out in 1999. Empire strikes back came out in 1980 and Return of the jedi came out in 83, And assuming you didn't lie on your age in your profile, those would be a bit early for you to catch when they came out, so I figured I'd get some clarifying information if if you made the tragic mistake of seeing the prequels first and thinking it sucked ;)

    Long story short, I didn't have normal tv growing up, just a lot of movies and tv shows my dad recorded being overseas all the time. My brother watched those movies over and over and over and over again and I got to watch what he wanted until I was old enough to figure out the vcr myself.

    Then I just watched history of the world part 1 over and over again because it had naughty stuff in it
