I suddenly feel very sick and need to leave work early.

 

For sure Walmart has some of the ones you can try if you have one near you and shop there, Target does too. I know I can find a picture of the Walmart one in a sec that you can look for if you go there. But yeah, it all depends on the person. I don't like most of the ones @Hummingbirdee likes because on their own, to me, they are very close to tasting like straight seltzer. There's no way I would have given up soda for that, I like things sweeter so I just would've gone back or gone to tea or something, which is still a calorie issue, but I cannot do plain seltzer. But, my dieting approach is different than most, because I'm unwilling to torture myself in the process just because it'll help right now, and won't have to do it too long. It has to be something I like that I could potentially stick to longer term. For me, those little unpleasant things I don't like that much become reasons to scrap the entire thing.
