If you consider yourself a power user and can figure out programs fairly easily I suggest checking out panda crazy and hit forker.

I use MTS along with those still as MTS has a lot of extra little QOL scripts but I don't use hit catcher / hit finder.

MTS alone will 'work' however.

I actually think it's pretty cool in this case. If you take it at surface value just from lyrics/song titles it's offensive as hell to pretty much everyone, though.

I go out of my way to make sure my loud-ish music is on at approp hours of the day and can't be heard too far from my door, and turn things down long before he turns down his bass amp that shares a wall with our bedroom... so I guess since he can't legtimately Grinch about my volume, he has to Grinch about my content? If a 27 year old musical theater nerd is your version of an offensive music playing neighbor, I'm not sure how you've existed in an apartment this long tbh.
