So I have a rental property, and the tenant has been being SUCH a jerk lately. I'm trying to sell the place (he originally had the option to extend his lease FWIW so if he's salty he has to move that's his own fault) and now he won't answer me about having an appointment to be there with a real estate soooo now I have to go hand deliver a notice. If he would have just communicated with me I would have worked out a time/day that worked best for him but hey we'll do things the hard way I guess.
