    Use your keyboard whenever possible. If you're getting serious wrist pain you might want to consider where your mouse is in relation to your chair/body etc. I suggest you look up some basic ergonomic stuff. You could also setup autoclickers (hover over button for X seconds and it clicks automatically).

    My MX Master mouse helped tremendously. My wrist, hand, and arm started feeling better after just a few hours of using it. My physical therapist friend said that's because the mouse puts my wrist in "neutral position." When my hand is resting on it there is no strain on any part of my wrist.
