    Mturk gets recommended from the beermoney subreddit a lot so I would imagine a lot of people use mturk to make an extra 10-15 a week for entertainment purposes and arent looking to pay bills with it.

    I made 5-10$ per week and it was okay because I only did one or two surveys after work. Maybe 30 minutes browsing the subreddit a day while watching TV. It was more just something to do before the next activity and it paid for a nice lunch each week.
