Some already have that! And wind power! Cause, we live in a stupid windy area. We told the lady extra points for anywhere that has wind/solar already. We found a few that had really nice setups...but because they were so off grid we weren't sure we could get decent internet for me. We are looking at a couple of those (with wells too) and checking out the ability to get a better internet connection for me.

We are looking for shop space for Matt, big kitchen for me, nothing in a hole, nothing off a long dirt road, more than acre, debating if we want 2 bedrooms...or more like 3-4 so we can add some tiny humans in the future, etc etc etc. It's a fun time!
