    I agree with this, and I never like to assume ill intent, but when there is absolutely zero consideration for the other half of the coin (the worker) I just don't see any reason to even dig into this. There are tons of situations where its better for both parties to just chalk it up to a booboo & extend the olive branch / take a minor loss to make things right between both sides (ie, giving a req a day or two before iRB'ing them) but this one is too poopy at face value lol.

    For sure.. if it was UNU who fucked up bonuses I'd send it back in a heartbeat, but w/o that personal relationship I'm assuming you're sketch until proven otherwise in this situation :emoji_sweat_smile:
