    At some point, Matt & I went full on mind meld with our house hunt.

    We have unified. We share one real estate based brain now. Matt shrieked about a kitchen that was a glorified hallway before I could and it was like he was reading my mind. He has never cared about a kitchen in his life and now he has very strong opinions. And for some unknown reason, I now notice and care about garages and the grading of a yard.

    I get the feeling that if you were a seller you were fucked for that entire hit. My production cost was .93c. Most of the bids were around 85c.
