I saw a bunch of reported rejections on TO. Not just 1-Most of the reviews say "followed direction and rejected for a generic reason"..and also..is not nice when communicating- Feel try to do his HIT and let us know. I don't want to touch it.

He's disregarding data from TO entirely, largely because its as skewed negatively as TV is skewed positively.

From a practical standpoint, survey rejections really don't matter. Especially when (regardless of opinion) they really seem to be worker error in this case.
