The most embarrassing part of that is that's literally exactly what I googled and the link I sent him, and didn't bother to refer to it to answer my question. I'll just go back to my corner now.

 

If anyone uses HF, you should check out the includelist feature as a way to watch requesters. It's like a built-in HM, but you can do things like have different alert sounds for different requesters and other things. Might not be for everyone but definitely worth checking out.
