Should I use requesterID or groupID in PC?

 

Group ID if you're putting it in PC but that isn't very atm since he keeps changing it. Better to use requester ID in Overwatch so you get a notice with an accept link whenever he posts, the you can panda that post.

 

That's what I do too, and usually don't have any problems catching all 10.

No, when it pops up on Overwatch accept the first one and then click the panda link that comes up on the hit (as long as you have panda crazy helper installed) which will put it in panda crazy for you. Although I guess technically you could use an autorefresh but I don't use them so don't really know anything about them.
