    But the title he wanted is too long.. and then the 2nd badge in my queue was broken.. so.. :dunno:

    It was some cold brew coffee thing from Trader Joes, mix it w/ 2 parts milk & some cocoa or w/e that stuff is for the mocha effect

    its fine.. the coffee is bold enough to cover up the horrid protein shake.. but caffeine + protein is not really a suitable for life choice if you have weak intestines not fortified from years of digesting the skeletons of once living creatures.

    I have never been to a Trader Joes in my life lol. So i'll buy some of the Starbucks stuff at the grocery store and try it.

    As far as the gut strength I'm probably good I may or may not have eaten some undercooked bear after my friend harvested one and was the only person to not get Trichinosis.

    TJ's is legit.. for all their Mexican themed foods they rename their brand to "Trader Jose" which I find hilarious despite probably being pretty racist lol.
