    Howdy folks! I've been lurking for a while and learning and you all are primo! But I finally have a semi coherent question. I got a bonus overpayed x 100 from a requester. They emailed me about it and asked me to return my overpayment minus my original bonus and some money for my time and hastle. I am willing to do that, but I was wondering if this is some kind of Nigerian Prince scam I am clueless about?

    If I got a $39 bonus I wouldn't pay it back if I believed I provided at least $30 of value, you are not obligated to do anything just as they are not obligated to pay you for work done in good faith
