If you find someone who actually takes the time to listen to you and knows what you want I would stick with them too. We aren't actively looking right now - but if we saw exactly what we wanted we would move on it. We drove by a house we were interested and just called that realtor. She really listened to what we liked and didn't like and asked if she could send us other listings if she thought it was something we might be interested. She sent us the one we thought would be perfect. Another great one will come along. I guess we are just lucky that we are pretty happy where we are so it is not a big rush.
