    This is pretty exciting for Vallejo.... the NAVY shut down Mare Island in the 90's and it really made the city fall in the shitter. They aren't coming back or anything but they gave the dry dock a $15 mil contract to work on this ship coming in tomorrow. Hopefully this is the start of bigger things to come and bring this sleepy gem of a city back to life.
